Teda d\u00fafam \ud83d\ude00 Predsavzatia venova\u0165 sa viac blogu sa v\u017edy nejak stratia. A odkedy som v Indii u\u017e duplom, \u010dasu je m\u00e1lo na v\u0161etko. Ale kone\u010dne som sa dokopala a \u010d\u00edm lep\u0161\u00edm za\u010da\u0165 ako nie\u010d\u00edm skvel\u00fdm, sladk\u00fdm a jednoduch\u00fdm. <a href=\"https:\/\/foodonedge.com\/najlepsie-a-najjednoduchsie-cookies\/\">Cookies<\/a> s\u00fa recept, ktor\u00e9mu sa na mojom blogu najviac dar\u00ed. Nie, \u017ee by som tu mala <a href=\"https:\/\/foodonedge.com\/category\/jedlo\/sladke-recepty\/\">mili\u00f3n receptov<\/a> \ud83d\ude00 ale predsa len. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je to recept, ktor\u00fd v\u0161etci zbo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa. Ja sama rob\u00edm cookies dos\u0165 \u010dasto. Netrvaj\u00fa dlho, nie s\u00fa n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 na ingrediencie a dlho po upe\u010den\u00ed vydr\u017eia chutn\u00e9. \u010co viac si pria\u0165&#8230;&#8230;ja viem \u010do. Pr\u00edchute. A \u010do je tento rok najviac &#8222;in&#8220; ingrediencia? No predsa pist\u00e1cie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najhor\u0161ie je, \u017ee kamko\u013evek teraz prid\u00e1te pist\u00e1cie, zrazu si \u013eudia myslia, \u017ee je to &#8222;dubajsk\u00e9&#8220;. Trend dubajskej \u010dokol\u00e1dy je hlavne v tom, \u017ee to je spojenie \u010dokol\u00e1dy, pist\u00e1ciov\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu, ale nesm\u00fa ch\u00fdba\u0165 tie divn\u00e9 chrumkav\u00e9 &#8222;vlasy&#8220; (kadaif cesto). Moje cookies \u017eiadne vlasy nemaj\u00fa (maxim\u00e1lne tak nejak\u00fd straten\u00fd z mojej hlavy) :D. Ja som to robila v takom mini mix\u00e9ry (1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V men\u0161ej miske si premie\u0161ajte m\u00faku (380 g) so so\u013eou (1 KL) a s\u00f3dou bikarb\u00f3nou (1 KL).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V druhej v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej miske rozmixujte zm\u00e4knut\u00e9 maslo (225 g) (2) s cukrom na svetl\u00fa penu (ru\u010dn\u00fdm mix\u00e9rom) (3).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ako \u010fal\u0161ie po jednom pri\u0161\u013eahajte 2 vaj\u00ed\u010dka (tie\u017e ru\u010dn\u00fdm mix\u00e9rom) (4).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke\u010f s\u00fa vaj\u00ed\u010dka inkorporovan\u00e9 do cesta, postupne prisypte m\u00fa\u010dnu zmes \u2013 znova mix\u00e9rom (5).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke\u010f je cesto hotov\u00e9 (6), bez mix\u00e9ra primie\u0161ajte \u010doko k\u00fasky a rozdrven\u00e9 pist\u00e1cie (trochu pist\u00e1ci\u00ed si nechajte na posypanie cookies pred pe\u010den\u00edm) (7, 8)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potom si vytvorte postupne z cesta guli\u010dky, len ich robte trochu v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie ako by ste robili v pr\u00edpade \u010dist\u00fdch cookies.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke\u010f je guli\u010dka hotov\u00e1, opatrne ju roztla\u010dte prstami na hrub\u0161iu placku.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do stredu placky pridajte cca. polovicu alebo cel\u00fa k\u00e1vov\u00fa ly\u017ei\u010dku pist\u00e1ciov\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu (9) a guli\u010dku opatrne zaba\u013ete sp\u00e4\u0165 na hladk\u00fa guli\u010dku (10, 11). Moc netla\u010dte, aby v\u00e1m neza\u010dal kr\u00e9m vyteka\u0165 z bokov\/\u0161trb\u00edn (ak sa n\u00e1hodou aj stane, m\u00f4\u017eete k\u00fasok cesta z misky vzia\u0165 a zalepi\u0165 to opatrne)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Takto hotov\u00e9 guli\u010dky si dajte na plech vystlan\u00fd pe\u010diacim papierom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na konci, tesne pred vlo\u017een\u00edm do tr\u00faby, posypte guli\u010dky zvy\u0161kom rozdrven\u00fdch pist\u00e1ci\u00ed (12) a m\u00f4\u017eete da\u0165 piec\u0165.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Z toho titulu, \u017ee s\u00fa guli\u010dky v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie ako be\u017ene pe\u010d\u00fa sa o 1-2 min\u00faty dlh\u0161ie, tak\u017ee dokopy cca 10-11 min.\u00a0Nenechajte ich tam ale dlho, aby neuschli.
