Je to super jedlo, ktor\u00e9 zas\u00fdti a d\u00e1 sa pou\u017ei\u0165 ve\u013emi variabilne ako predjedlo, pr\u00edloha \u010di ako \u201cn\u00e1tierka\u201d. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed od \u010derstvosti v\u00e1\u0161ho c\u00edceru (viac k tomu v&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/foodonedge.com\/domaci-hummus\/\">z\u00e1kladnom recepte<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pod\u013ea potreby zbierajte penu a \u0161upky z c\u00edceru dierkovou nabera\u010dkou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke\u010f je c\u00edcer hotov\u00fd, znova sce\u010fte, av\u0161ak vodu (v\u00fdvar) z toho si nechajte bokom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00edcer e\u0161te m\u00f4\u017eete prebra\u0165 a vybra\u0165 \u0161upky, ktor\u00e9 vid\u00edte. Ni\u010d sa nestane, ak tam nejak\u00e9 ostan\u00fa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00edcer n\u00e1sledne dajte do mix\u00e9ru so 4 PL \u201cc\u00edcerov\u00e9ho v\u00fdvaru\u201d, 100 ml \u013eadovej vody, 2 PL citr\u00f3novej \u0161\u0165avy, 2 PL tahini pasty, 3 str\u00fa\u010dikmi pretla\u010den\u00e9ho cesnaku, 2 PL harissa pasty, 1 KL soli, \u0161tipkou \u010dierneho korenia, 1 KL r\u00edmskeho km\u00ednu a 0,5 KL \u010dervenej papriky. V\u0161etko spolu premixujte. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ak v\u00e1m nezvl\u00e1da mix\u00e9r, pridajte viac \u013eadovej alebo c\u00edcerovej vody. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke\u010f je konzistencia pod\u013ea va\u0161ich predst\u00e1v, ochutnajte. V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee je hummus m\u00e1lo \u0161tip\u013eav\u00fd, m\u00f4\u017eete prida\u0165 aj \u010dili alebo kajensk\u00e9 korenie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-decoration:underline\">DETAILY RECEPTU:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aby som sa nemusela opakova\u0165,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/foodonedge.com\/domaci-hummus\/\">z\u00e1kladn\u00fd recept na hummus u\u017e m\u00e1m sp\u00edsan\u00fd<\/a>. Jedin\u00e9 \u010do je potrebn\u00e9 prida\u0165 je harissa v bode ke\u010f dochucujete hummus tahini pastou, cesnakom a spol. Ja osobne do harissa hummusu prid\u00e1vam aj trochu sladkej \u010dervenej papriky a trochu kajensk\u00e9ho korenia. Papriku sk\u00f4r kv\u00f4li farbe a kajensk\u00e9 v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee m\u00e1te m\u00e1lo \u0161tip\u013eav\u00fa harissu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harissu pridajte pod\u013ea chuti ako kto m\u00e1 r\u00e1d \u0161tip\u013eav\u00e9.
