Pr\u00edpadne aj r\u00fdchlych jed\u00e1l, lebo \u013eudia nechc\u00fa tr\u00e1vi\u0165 hodiny v kuchyni, ale vonku na slnku. A \u010do pripravi\u0165 r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie ako \u0161al\u00e1t?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160al\u00e1ty s\u00fa skvelou vecou v lete, nie len z toho d\u00f4vodu, \u017ee ovocie a zelenina s\u00fa \u010derstv\u00e9, \u010dasto dokonca aj z vlastnej z\u00e1hradky, ale najm\u00e4 preto, \u017ee s\u00fa r\u00fdchle ako na pr\u00edpravu, tak aj na tr\u00e1venie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\u00e1\u010d, \u010do sa t\u00fdka \u0161al\u00e1tov v slovenskom gastre, som ja ve\u013ek\u00fd hejter. Originalita ch\u00fdby tak stra\u0161ne, \u017ee je to a\u017e bolestiv\u00e9. Preto si aj u m\u0148a pod slovom \u0161al\u00e1t nepredstavujte hl\u00e1vkov\u00fd \u0161al\u00e1t s raj\u010dinami, uhorkami a paprikou. Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou inov\u00e1ciou v slovensk\u00fdch re\u0161taur\u00e1ci\u00e1ch je pridanie balzamika alebo fety, kde sa zrazu z tohto nechutne generick\u00e9ho mixu st\u00e1va \u201cgr\u00e9cky \u0161al\u00e1t\u201d. Wow! Lep\u0161ie to u\u017e by\u0165 ani nem\u00f4\u017ee.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u0148a osobne zar\u00e1\u017ea u\u017e len neschopnos\u0165 dochuti\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 \u0161al\u00e1ty, lebo balzamico naozaj nie je gastro top. Ale o tom potom. Za ma m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 \u0161al\u00e1ty skvel\u00fdm jedlom aj sam\u00fdm o sebe, ale treba sa trochu posna\u017ei\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pred tromi rokmi som takto do\u0161la k \u0161o\u0161ovicov\u00e9mu \u0161al\u00e1tu. Bolo to u\u017e asi \u0161tvrt\u00fd rok, \u010do som nad\u00e1vala na \u0161al\u00e1ty v slovensk\u00fdch re\u0161taur\u00e1ci\u00e1ch a povedala som si, \u017ee si d\u00e1m cez leto \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/foodonedge.com\/tag\/salatova-vyzva\/\">\u0161al\u00e1tov\u00fa v\u00fdzvu<\/a>\u201d, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 vymysl\u00edm\/n\u00e1jdem\/sprav\u00edm nov\u00fd (zauj\u00edmav\u00fd) \u0161al\u00e1t. Odhodlanie na v\u00fdzvu dopadlo podobne ako moje p\u00edsanie blogu, lebo \u010dasu som mala extr\u00e9mne m\u00e1lo a neust\u00e1le som bola <a href=\"https:\/\/foodonedge.com\/cestovatelka-roka-2019\/\">rozlietan\u00e1 niekde po svete<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chv\u00ed\u013eku ma ale vlastn\u00e1 v\u00fdzva dr\u017eala a jeden t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 pri\u0161iel \u010das na spom\u00ednan\u00fd \u0161o\u0161ovicov\u00fd \u0161al\u00e1t. Osobne si nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m ako presne som k nemu do\u0161la, lebo nie je to recept, ktor\u00fd by som niekde na\u0161la. Len v\u0161etky kolegyne v pr\u00e1ci spom\u00ednali \u010derven\u00fa \u0161o\u0161ovicu a ak\u00e1 je zdrav\u00e1 a ako z nej varia, tak som si ju k\u00fapila aj ja. Ot\u00e1zkou potom u\u017e len zostalo, \u010do s \u0148ou sprav\u00edm. K\u00fdm nebude \u0161o\u0161ovica m\u00e4kk\u00e1, av\u0161ak tak aby st\u00e1le dr\u017eala svoju \u0161trukt\u00faru.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Po uvaren\u00ed ju prece\u010fte, zakvapkajte trochou olivov\u00e9ho oleja a odstavte nabok.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010ealej si nakr\u00e1jajte papriku, zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch farieb asi polovicu na mal\u00e9 kocky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nasekajte si mlad\u00fa cibu\u013eku na mal\u00e9 k\u00fasky a nahoblinkujte parmez\u00e1n. Parmez\u00e1n m\u00f4\u017eete aj nakr\u00e1ja\u0165 alebo nadroli\u0165.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potom je u\u017e potrebn\u00e9 len v\u0161etko da\u0165 dokopy, \u0161o\u0161ovicu zmie\u0161ajte s cibu\u013eou, kaparami, raj\u010dinami, paprikou a parmez\u00e1nov\u00fdmi hoblinami. Minim\u00e1lne t\u00e1, ktor\u00fa som k\u00fapila ja, preto\u017ee na obale sa p\u00edsalo, \u017ee \u201cpremyte \u0161o\u0161ovicu vo vode, dajte do vody, prive\u010fte k varu a potom e\u0161te 5 min\u00fat varte. Preced\u0165e a nechajte zakryt\u00e9 neviem ko\u013eko e\u0161te\u201d. No nie\u2026 toto je mo\u017eno sp\u00f4sob ako spravi\u0165 \u0161o\u0161ovicu na <a href=\"https:\/\/foodonedge.com\/category\/jedlo\/podla-typu-jedla\/gulase-kari-a-pod\/\">kari<\/a>, na polievku, ale na m\u00f4j recept ur\u010dite nie. Pri\u0161li sme na to aj my len sp\u00f4sobom pokus-omyl. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>So \u0161o\u0161ovicou teda ni\u010d nevym\u00fd\u0161\u013eajte, len prive\u010fte osolen\u00fa vodu k varu. KE\u010e za\u010dne vrie\u0165, a\u017e vtedy tam ho\u010f\u0165e \u0161o\u0161ovicu a varte cca. 5 min\u00fat, to \u00e1no. Alebo proste, k\u00fdm sa v\u00e1m nezd\u00e1 tak\u00e1 m\u00e4kk\u0161ia (bude aj \u017elt\u0161ia), ale aby st\u00e1le dr\u017eala svoju \u0161trukt\u00faru. Prece\u010fte, hne\u010f ako je hotov\u00e1 a nezakr\u00fdvajte ju ani ni\u010d podobn\u00e9. Uv\u00e1dza\u0165 mno\u017estv\u00e1 mi pr\u00edde extr\u00e9mne zlo\u017eit\u00e9 v tomto recepte. Sna\u017eila som sa, ale ja stra\u0161ne ve\u013ea vec\u00ed rob\u00edm pocitovo.
