Nie len jes\u0165, ale aj pripravova\u0165. A najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia topka je, ke\u010f so sestrou organizujeme jeden z na\u0161ich tradi\u010dn\u00fdch a u\u017e aj pomaly legend\u00e1rnych <a href=\"https:\/\/foodonedge.com\/category\/jedlo\/brunch\/\">brunchov<\/a>. Vtedy sp\u00e1jame jedlo (ra\u0148ajkov\u00e9ho typu) so z\u00e1bavou, a to proste neprekon\u00e1 ni\u010d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale v\u017edy aj na v\u00fdletoch si ve\u013emi na ra\u0148ajk\u00e1ch ulietavam. A pr\u00e1ve takto (v <a href=\"https:\/\/foodonedge.com\/gastro-vyzitie-v-prahe\/\">Prahe<\/a>) sa n\u00e1m raz d\u00e1vno podarilo objavi\u0165 vaj\u00ed\u010dka na skvel\u00fd sp\u00f4sob, ktor\u00fd sme si v\u0161etci zamilovali. A dodnes si ich raz za \u010das na ra\u0148ajky priprav\u00edm a v\u017edy som nadmieru nad\u0161en\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010co je najlep\u0161ie, recept je ve\u013emi jednoduch\u00fd, v podstate aj na ingrediencie. Jedin\u00e9, \u010do m\u0148a v\u017edy \u0161tve, je \u0161\u00fapanie vaj\u00ed\u010dok, ale k tomu sa dostaneme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omie\u013eam tu skvel\u00e9 vaj\u00ed\u010dka a vlastne u\u017e by som mala aj poveda\u0165, o \u010do sa jedn\u00e1 \u2013 ofici\u00e1lny n\u00e1zov asi toto jedlo nem\u00e1. My ho dodnes vol\u00e1me tak ako sme ho na\u0161li v menu u Pohlreicha \u2013 tri vaj\u00ed\u010dka do skla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vtipn\u00e9 je, \u017ee v dom\u00e1cich pomeroch nikdy nezjem tri vaj\u00ed\u010dka. A nikdy to nie je do skla. Tak\u017ee v podstate je to ve\u013emi zl\u00fd n\u00e1zov. Tak to sk\u00fasme popisne \u2013&nbsp;<strong>parmez\u00e1novo maslov\u00e9 vaj\u00ed\u010dka na hnili\u010dko<\/strong>. A tu u\u017e sa dost\u00e1vame k jadru veci \u2013 hlavnou hviezdou jedla s\u00fa vaj\u00ed\u010dka na hnili\u010dko (bielko spraven\u00e9, \u017e\u013atok tekut\u00fd). Ostatn\u00e9 ingrediencie, bez ktorej by hviezda bola ve\u013emi smutn\u00e1, s\u00fa jednoduch\u00e9 \u2013 parmez\u00e1n, maslo a pa\u017e\u00edtka. Pr\u00edpadne petr\u017elenov\u00e1 v\u0148a\u0165, \u017eerucha\u2026mo\u017eno aj s bazalkou by to \u0161lo, ale dokopy s t\u00fdm parmez\u00e1nom to u\u017e m\u00f4\u017ee chyti\u0165 zrazu tak\u00fd ne\u010dakan\u00fd taliansky n\u00e1dych :D. Odstopujte si cca. 5 min\u00fat a 30 &#8211; 50 sek. (alebo kuknite na tipy a triky ni\u017e\u0161ie, kde hovor\u00edm konkr\u00e9tnej\u0161ie k \u010dasu varenia).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medzit\u00fdm si roztopte maslo, sta\u010d\u00ed aj tak 15 g a nastr\u00fahajte si 10 g parmez\u00e1nu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 si m\u00f4\u017eete aj naseka\u0165 na drobno pa\u017e\u00edtku.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke\u010f s\u00fa vaj\u00ed\u010dka hotov\u00e9, jemne ich o\u0161\u00fapte \u2013 m\u00f4j ly\u017ei\u010dkov\u00fd trik si m\u00f4\u017eete pozrie\u0165 dole vo videu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ja si \u010das\u0165 parmez\u00e1nu u\u017e v\u017edy hod\u00edm do misky, v ktorej pl\u00e1nujem vaj\u00ed\u010dka serv\u00edrova\u0165 na spodok. Na to polo\u017e\u00edm o\u0161\u00fapan\u00e9 vaj\u00ed\u010dka, posypem zvy\u0161kom parmez\u00e1nu, prelejem roztopen\u00fdm maslom, trochu okoren\u00edm a osol\u00edm, pod\u013ea chuti. Ja niekedy e\u0161te na vrch d\u00e1m aj chilli \u2013 \u010di u\u017e su\u0161en\u00e9 alebo \u010derstv\u00e9 \u2013 nech to nadobudne tak\u00fd jemn\u00fd \u201cpunch\u201d, ak m\u00e1te radi \u0161tip\u013eav\u00e9. Jedin\u00e9, \u010do m\u00f4\u017eete poka\u0161\u013ea\u0165 s\u00fa vaj\u00ed\u010dka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:uppercase\">ako dlho je vaj\u00ed\u010dka potrebn\u00e9 vari\u0165?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do\u010d\u00edtala som sa, \u017ee vaj\u00ed\u010dka na hnili\u010dko sa maj\u00fa robi\u0165 4 min. \u2013 max. 4 a pol min\u00faty. Ale toto sk\u00f4r platilo v dob\u00e1ch, ke\u010f \u013eudia nedr\u017eali vaj\u00ed\u010dka v chladni\u010dke. Pr\u00edpadne, ak m\u00e1te vlastn\u00e9 sliepky a pr\u00e1ve ste do domu doniesli nov\u00fa v\u00e1rku \u010derstv\u00fdch vaj\u00ed\u010dok, tak m\u00f4\u017eete r\u00e1ta\u0165 4 a pol min\u00faty. Ak s\u00fa z chladni\u010dky, pokojne ich varte na strednom ohni, cel\u00e9 ponoren\u00e9! aj 5 min\u00fat a 30 sek\u00fand. Ja som ich robila 5 min\u00fat a 50 sek\u00fand. Naschv\u00e1l som to stopovala od\u00a0vlo\u017eenia vaj\u00ed\u010dok do vriacej vody po zahalenie vaj\u00ed\u010dok studenou vodou, a t\u00fdm zastavenie variaceho procesu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vaj\u00ed\u010dka som mala oby\u010dajnej ve\u013ekosti, tak\u00e9 tie M, ak m\u00e1te nejak\u00e9 extra ve\u013ek\u00e9, tak ich sk\u00faste robi\u0165 o pol min\u00faty dlh\u0161ie. Je to tro\u0161ku pokus-omyl na za\u010diatku, lebo m\u00f4\u017eete ma\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed ohe\u0148, men\u0161ie vaj\u00ed\u010dka, studen\u0161ie vaj\u00ed\u010dka, tak\u017ee v\u00e1m tu nebudem s\u013eubova\u0165 bludy, \u017ee 5 min\u00fat a 30 alebo 50 sek\u00fand je pre ka\u017ed\u00e9ho top. Ale ak sa budete pohybova\u0165 v tomto horizonte, tak by to nemala by\u0165 katastrofa a na \u010fal\u0161\u00ed raz si ich potom sprav\u00edte o p\u00e1r sek\u00fand menej alebo viac. Inak ako pokusom dokonalos\u0165 nedosiahnete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:uppercase\">Ako najlep\u0161ie o\u0161\u00fapa\u0165 vaj\u00ed\u010dka?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tak\u00e9to vaj\u00ed\u010dka sa celkom zle \u0161\u00fapu, tak\u017ee ak niektor\u00e9 aj prasknete sk\u00f4r ako ho pekne o\u0161\u00fapete, ni\u010d si z toho nerobte, aj mne sa to takmer v\u017edy stalo. Preto odpor\u00fa\u010dam \u010disti\u0165 ho rovno nad miskou, v ktorej ho chcete pod\u00e1va\u0165 \u2013 keby n\u00e1hodou za\u010dne tiec\u0165.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V poslednej dobe som v\u0161ak objavila celkom dobr\u00fd trik s \u010dajovou ly\u017ei\u010dkou, ktor\u00fd niektor\u00ed hejtuj\u00fa, ale mne vych\u00e1dza. V podstate poprask\u00e1te len vrchn\u00fa \u010das\u0165 vaj\u00ed\u010dka ly\u017ei\u010dkou (pob\u00fachate). T\u00fdch p\u00e1r k\u00faskov na vrchu odlupnete e\u0161te rukou a potom pod \u0161krupinu zavediete ly\u017ei\u010dku, ktor\u00e1 u\u017e pekne pracuje takmer sama. Sna\u017eila som sa spravi\u0165 video, ale nie \u00faplne vy\u0161lo. D\u00fafam sn\u00e1\u010f, \u017ee pre z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 pochopenie triku pom\u00f4\u017ee. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ak v\u00e1m aj popri &#8222;ly\u017ei\u010dkovan\u00ed&#8220; vaj\u00ed\u010dko praskne, ni\u010d sa nedeje. Vaj\u00ed\u010dka na hnil\u00ed\u010dko s\u00fa naozaj pr\u00edli\u0161 jemn\u00e9 a teda \u0161\u00fapanie asi v\u017edy bude tro\u0161ku problematick\u00e9.
