Ale jednozna\u010dne mi ide karta, lebo popri tre\u0165om&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/foodonedge.com\/bezlepkovy-cuketovy-chlebik-sladky\/\">cuketovom chleb\u00edku<\/a>&nbsp;m\u00e1m za sebou aj cuketov\u00fd gul\u00e1\u0161, cuketov\u00e9 ty\u010dinky, cuketov\u00e9 jednohubky, nieko\u013ekon\u00e1sobn\u00fa vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00fa cukinu a teraz u\u017e aj cuketov\u00e9 lasagne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nie v\u0161etko boli \u00faplne \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9 projekty, lebo napr\u00edklad spom\u00ednan\u00e9 cuketov\u00e9 ty\u010dinky boli na m\u00f4j vkus moc such\u00e9 \u2013 mo\u017eno lebo som sa sna\u017eila ich spravi\u0165 <a href=\"https:\/\/foodonedge.com\/category\/jedlo\/intolerancie\/bezlepkove\/\">bezlepkov\u00e9<\/a>. Neviem. \u010co ale jednozna\u010dne \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9 bolo, s\u00fa cuketov\u00e9 lasagne. A to ja lasagne ako jedlo ani vlastne nem\u00e1m rada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eno sa p\u00fdta ot\u00e1zka, \u017ee ako som sa k nim potom dostala. Dostala som sa k nim tak, \u017ee som cez v\u00edkend robila <strong>cuketov\u00fa p\u00e1rty<\/strong>&nbsp;a ke\u010f\u017ee moji stravn\u00edci lasagne radi maj\u00fa, tak som si povedala, \u017ee to sk\u00fasim a nakoniec chutili aj mne nato\u013eko, \u017ee som sa rozhodla, \u017ee si zasl\u00fa\u017eia miesto na blogu. Hlavne v tejto cuketovej sez\u00f3ne, ke\u010f skoro v\u0161etci maj\u00fa cuketu na z\u00e1hrade, ale u\u017e naozaj nevedia, \u010do s to\u013ek\u00fdm mno\u017estvom robi\u0165. Ja som u\u017e napr\u00edklad zva\u017eovala aj rozd\u00e1va\u0165 cuketu susedom v bar\u00e1ku.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V z\u00e1sade je recept takmer rovnak\u00fd ako na norm\u00e1lne lasagne, len namiesto cestov\u00edn pou\u017e\u00edvate pl\u00e1tky cukiny. Je mi jasn\u00e9, \u017ee om\u00e1\u010dky, hlavne z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 ako be\u0161amel, maj\u00fa svoje pravidl\u00e1 a ingrediencie. Ale ja proste nie som moc fan\u00fa\u0161ik klin\u010deka, navy\u0161e ani klin\u010deky, ani mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd orie\u0161ok doma nem\u00e1m a nechcelo sa mi to kv\u00f4li jedn\u00e9mu receptu kupova\u0165, ked ich be\u017ene nepou\u017e\u00edvam. Plus, celkovo be\u0161amel nie je zrovna vec, ktor\u00fa a\u017e tak mus\u00edm, pr\u00e1ve preto nejed\u00e1vam lasagne. Ale \u0161pagety bolognese m\u00e1m \u00faplne rada, \u010do je vlastne rovnak\u00fd recept ako lasagne, len bez be\u0161amelu. A tak som si povedala, \u017ee u\u017e ke\u010f si idem robi\u0165 jedlo pod\u013ea seba, tak si ho sprav\u00edm tak, aby chutilo mne. Trad\u00edcia, netrad\u00edcia, ja to potom mus\u00edm jes\u0165. Vy pokojne spravte be\u0161amel tak ako sa m\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ni\u017e\u0161ie spomeniem obe verzie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-decoration:underline;text-transform:uppercase\">Instructions:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Tr\u00fabu si predhrejte na 190\u00b0C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ako prv\u00fa si nakr\u00e1jajte cukinu na asi 0,5 cm pl\u00e1tky, poukladajte ju na kuchynsk\u00e9 utierky a trocha oso\u013ete z oboch str\u00e1n. V\u010faka tomu cuketa pust\u00ed nadbyto\u010dn\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ako druh\u00e9 si pripravte m\u00e4sov\u00fa zmes. Na olivovom oleji osmahnite do sklovita cibu\u013eu, mrkvu a petr\u017elen. Toto robte na jemne vy\u0161\u0161om ohni a pokojne nechajte zeleninu aj nech chyt\u00ed trochu farbu. Ak m\u00e1te zeleninu na kocky, zaberie tento krok mo\u017eno 10 min, ak m\u00e1te mrkvu a petr\u017elen nastr\u00fahan\u00e9, aj menej.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke\u010f je zelenina hotov\u00e1, pridajte, so\u013e, \u010dierne korenie, provens\u00e1lske korenie a nadrobno nasekan\u00fd cesnak a znova trochu orestujte. Cca 1 min\u00fatu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potom pridajte mlet\u00e9 m\u00e4so a opekajte znova, k\u00fdm sa nevypar\u00ed v\u0161etka \u0161\u0165ava z m\u00e4sa a k\u00fdm m\u00e4so nechyt\u00ed tie\u017e tro\u0161ku farbu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do zmesi potom nalejte v\u00edno, zamie\u0161ajte a nechajte vari\u0165 asi 10 min\u00fat, k\u00fdm sa v\u00edno jemne nevypar\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e1sledne do zmesi nalejte 900g raj\u010dinov\u00e9ho pretlaku, 1 PL trstinov\u00e9ho cukru a a asi 2 dc vody. Takto to nezakryt\u00e9 varte asi hodinu a pol. Ak by sa v\u00e1m zmes za\u010dala pripeka\u0165, pokojne ho\u010fte e\u0161te trochu vody. Pohlreich tu pou\u017e\u00edva namiesto vody hov\u00e4dz\u00ed v\u00fdvar. Ur\u010dite ak ho m\u00e1te k dispoz\u00edcii (alebo aj zeleninov\u00fd), pou\u017eite ho. Ak nie, ni\u010d sa nestane. Moje lasagne boli perfektn\u00e9 aj bez toho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Priebe\u017ene zmes ochutn\u00e1vajte a pod\u013ea chuti prid\u00e1vajte so\u013e, korenie, ja som pridala e\u0161te trochu aj provens\u00e1lskeho korenia. Ak sa v\u00e1m zmes zd\u00e1 kysl\u00e1, pr\u00eddajte e\u0161te trochu cukru. Pokojne m\u00f4\u017eete aj trochu chilli \u2013 t\u00e1to zmes tvor\u00ed z\u00e1klad va\u0161ich lasagn\u00ed, tak\u017ee ur\u010dite je najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie ju dochuti\u0165 pod\u013ea vlastn\u00fdch preferenci\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medzit\u00fdm si m\u00f4\u017eete nakr\u00e1ja\u0165 mozzarelu na tie\u017e asi 0,5 cm pl\u00e1tky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke\u010f u\u017e var\u00edte zmes povedzme hodinu, m\u00f4\u017eete si pripravi\u0165 be\u0161amel. (Domini\u010dka mi napr\u00edklad povedala, \u017ee ona namiesto be\u0161amelu d\u00e1va pl\u00e1tky mozzarely). Ja som \u0161la vlastnou cestou a dala aj mozzarelu, aj trochu be\u0161amelu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:uppercase\">Be\u0161amel:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Do men\u0161ieho hrnca si dajte 300 ml plnotu\u010dn\u00e9ho mlieka a 2 bobkov\u00e9 listy. Cibu\u013eu rozkrojte na dve polovice a\u2026ak pou\u017e\u00edvate klin\u010deky, tak 1 klin\u010dek zapichnite do ka\u017edej polovice cibule. Ak nie, tak len ho\u010fte cibu\u013eu ako je do mlieka.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u00fato zmes povarte na miernej\u0161om ohni takmer do bodu varu (asi 5 min\u00fat) a nechajte vychladn\u00fa\u0165.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medzit\u00fdm si na panvici alebo v inom hrnci pripravte z\u00e1pra\u017eku. 23g masla rozpust\u00edte a po rozpusten\u00ed za neust\u00e1leho mie\u0161ania pridajte 23g hladkej m\u00faky. Takto to \u201copra\u017ete\u201d aspo\u0148 p\u00e1r sek\u00fand (alebo tak minutku), aby sa stratila chu\u0165 surovej m\u00faky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke\u010f m\u00e1te z\u00e1pra\u017eku hotov\u00fa, pridajte do nej preceden\u00e9 mlieko. Premie\u0161ajte \u010do najviac, aby nezostali v mlieku hrudky a dajte zmes znova na spor\u00e1k a za st\u00e1leho mie\u0161ania varte na miernom ohni asi 5 min\u00fat alebo k\u00fdm om\u00e1\u010dka nezhnustne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zn\u00ed\u017ete potom ohe\u0148 \u00faplne, ja na indukcii som to nechala na 1 stupni a takto to e\u0161te nechajte trochu povari\u0165. Pohlreich vrav\u00ed 20 min\u00fat alebo k\u00fdm nebude om\u00e1\u010dka leskl\u00e1 a hladk\u00e1, mne to netrvalo viac ako 10.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke\u010f je om\u00e1\u010dka hotov\u00e1, dochu\u0165te so\u013eou, \u010diernym koren\u00edm a (0,5 KL mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fdm orie\u0161kom). Ja som teda v tomto bode pridala namiesto orie\u0161ku granulovan\u00fd su\u0161en\u00fd cesnak a poviem v\u00e1m, \u017ee som \u00faplne spokojn\u00fd \u010dlovek so svoj\u00edm rozhodnut\u00edm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ke\u010f u\u017e m\u00e1te v\u0161etko pripraven\u00e9, nezost\u00e1va v\u00e1m ni\u010d in\u00e9 ako za\u010da\u0165 vrstvi\u0165. Za\u010da\u0165 m\u00e1te jemnou vrstvou be\u0161amelu na spodok. Ja som d\u00e1vala jemn\u00e9 vrstvy v\u0161ade, lebo znova pripom\u00ednam \u2013 nie som \u00faplne fan\u00fa\u0161ik tejto om\u00e1\u010dky. Vy cho\u010fte pod\u013ea svojich chut\u00ed. Na be\u0161amel poukladajte osu\u0161en\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky cukety, na to vrstvu m\u00e4sovej zmesi, ja som na m\u00e4sov\u00fa zmes pridala pl\u00e1tky mozzarely a znova rozotrela trooochu be\u0161amelu. Potom zas cuketa a tak \u010falej. V poslednej vrstve som vynechala mozzarelu aj m\u00e4so. Zostala teda len cuketa a be\u0161amel a zabi\u0165 to treba ve\u013ea ve\u013ea nastr\u00fahan\u00fdm parmez\u00e1nom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Takto to dajte do tr\u00faby na 30 \u2013 45 min\u00fat, k\u00fdm proste vrchn\u00fd syr nechyt\u00ed farbu zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch str\u00e1n. Potom u\u017e len vybra\u0165 z tr\u00faby a cuketov\u00e9 lasagne m\u00f4\u017eete serv\u00edrova\u0165!&nbsp; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tieto lasagne sa inak serv\u00edruj\u00fa extr\u00e9mne \u0165a\u017eko, lebo mozzarela sa v\u00e1m v strede rozpust\u00ed a bude sa v\u00e1m \u0165aha\u0165 pomaly po celej kuchyni, ke\u010f sa budete sna\u017ei\u0165 lasagne reza\u0165. Ale verte mi, stoj\u00ed to za to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*btw, lep\u0161iu fotku ako t\u00fa hlavn\u00fa zatia\u013e nem\u00e1m, lebo som len r\u00fdchlo jedlo odfotila pred serv\u00edrovan\u00edm a potom sa t\u00fdm u\u017e viac nezaoberala. S\u013eubujem, \u017ee lep\u0161iu foto \u010doskoro dopln\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-decoration:underline;text-transform:uppercase\">Tipy a triky<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:uppercase\">MLET\u00c9 M\u00e4SO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja som pou\u017eila falo\u0161n\u00fa hov\u00e4dziu svie\u010dkovicu, nako\u013eko som to chcela ma\u0165 viac fit. Pre ve\u013emi fit m\u00f4\u017eete pou\u017ei\u0165 pokojne aj mor\u010dacie m\u00e4so, to sa bude robi\u0165 krat\u0161ie, pr\u00edpadne pre menej fit m\u00f4\u017eete pou\u017ei\u0165 in\u00fd druh hov\u00e4dzieho, pr\u00edpadne mix hov\u00e4dzie\/brav\u010dov\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MRKVA, PETR\u017dLEN:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak sa v\u00e1m nechce na mini kocky kr\u00e1ja\u0165 to\u013eko zeleniny, m\u00f4\u017eete ju aj nastr\u00faha\u0165 na hrubom str\u00fahadle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petr\u017elen popravde v z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch receptoch nie je. Sk\u00f4r sa vyu\u017e\u00edva kore\u0148ov\u00fd zeler, ktor\u00fd som ja ale v ten de\u0148 nezohnala. Super to bolo aj tak. Ale ak p\u00f4jdete cestou zeleru, pou\u017eite 1,5 cm hrub\u00fd pl\u00e1tok a ten nasekajte na mini koce\u010dky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MOZZARELLA:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak nem\u00e1te radi parmez\u00e1n, pokojne dajte aj na vrch mozzarellu. Ak nem\u00e1te radi mozzarelu, vo vrstv\u00e1ch ju pou\u017ei\u0165 nemus\u00edte. Mne to v\u0161ak osobne tak chut\u00ed. Pr\u00edp. ako spom\u00ednam vy\u0161\u0161ie, Domini\u010dka rad\u00ed nezaobera\u0165 sa be\u0161amelom a nahradi\u0165 ho mozzarellou. Pokojne by som \u0161la aj tou cestou, ak by som bola leniv\u00e1 robi\u0165 be\u0161amel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:uppercase\">Bezlepkov\u00e9 lasagne:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak rob\u00edte be\u0161amel, pokojne namiesto oby\u010dajnej m\u00faky pou\u017eite bezlepkov\u00fa a m\u00e1te par\u00e1dny bezlepkov\u00fd obed na svete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zbezlepkovie\u0165 sa tento recept d\u00e1 aj bez cukiny &#8211; namiesto cukety\/cestov\u00edn m\u00f4\u017eete ako z\u00e1klad vrstvenia pou\u017ei\u0165 uvaren\u00e9 zemiaky.
